Un billet plus technique aujourd'hui. Il s'agit de la définition de la dernière fonction que j'ai occupé chez Reynolds, telle qu'elle est décrite dans le système internal HR management. This definition is the reference document that used to evaluate employees. I wish, by delivering it here, clarify the position I occupied, as the most objective. I slightly changed the formatting, and removed the names own, given the public nature of this medium.
My last three annual evaluations for the office have been DP [2] in 2005 OF [3] in 2004 and DP [2] in 2003 on an increasing scale BE [1] , DP [2] and DE [3] . The evaluation for 2006 has not been made since the company has experienced an abnormal operation during the last 6 months of the year.
[1] BE below expectations for below expectations. [2] DP Demonstrated perform for good performance. [3] OF Demonstrated excellence for excellent performance.
